OVERVIEW
Our Facilities
Dolphin Heat Transfer designs and manufactures shell and tube heat exchangers, air-cooled heat exchangers, pressure vessels, plate heat exchangers and finned tubes. Our equipment is supplied with ASME ‘U’ and ‘S’ stamps for design and manufacture and the National Board ‘R’ stamp for repair and alteration, under an ISO 9001 quality system certified by TÜV.
We serve clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and refining industries from a state-of-the-art facility in the Ajman Industrial Area, equipped with modern fabrication infrastructure.
Fabrication facilities include CNC drilling machines, an orbital welding machine for tube-to-tubesheet welding, a microprocessor-based telescopic expansion machine for tube-to-tubesheet expansion, CNC plasma cutting and a column and boom SAW machine, in addition to plate bending, TIG / ARC welding, grinding and two 25-ton EOT overhead cranes.
