We carry out the mechanical design and detailed fabrication drawings of shell and tube heat exchangers to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and TEMA, using mechanical design software that handles complex designs for a wide range of operating conditions.

We build the full range of vertically and horizontally mounted exchangers, used in industries from chemical plants and paper mills to oil refineries and offshore platforms.

CONFIGURATIONS

TEMA types for every duty

We select the TEMA type to suit the process, from fixed tubesheet designs to removable floating-head bundles for easy cleaning and retubing.

Fixed tubesheet

Both tubesheets are welded to the shell. The tube bundle is not removable.

Removable floating head

The bundle slides out of the shell for cleaning, inspection and retubing.

Horizontal or vertical

Supplied for horizontal or vertical mounting to suit your plant layout.
